On 21 April 2023 during the 81st international scientific conference of the University of Latvia Lauris Rasnačs made a presentation about certain aspects regarding the rights to defense and also moderated the competition law conference. The conference were attended by several established academics and practitioners from various countries and institutions, including European Court of Justice, General Court and Competition Council, covering a wide range of important matters of competition law.
