On 20 September 2024, the University of Latvia is hosting a conference on competition law titled “Quantification of Damages. The principle of full compensation and its application in practice”.
The conference is organised by the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia and the firm is one of its supporters. The firm’s partner Dr. iur. Lauris Rasnačs is going to present a paper “Efective compensation of damages, caused by cartels – necessity for amendments
in law or improvement of understanding of the concept of damages?”.
The conference is taking place at the conference hall of the University of Latvia Faculty of Law, Raiņa Bulvāris 19, Riga, and will start at 10.00. Everyone is welcome to attend the conference. Pre-registration is not required.
