In addition to being an attorney-at-law, since 2011 I have also been a professional patent attorney in trademark cases in Europe and Latvia. I advise and represent clients in trademark registration and objection procedures. I also represent clients in court in cases of trademark disputes, as well as possible unauthorized use.
Another category of intellectual property law in which I practice and have published several articles in English are issues related to the protection of trade secrets. I represent clients in legal proceedings related to the protection of trade secrets, as well as advise clients on recommended trade secret protection measures.
